***RYZE REWORK***
ryze is fun champ to play and its as well strong champ that can humiliate enemys like hell but, he seems to get old i think its time to give ryze 2nd youth!!!

I think Ryze is in a decent spot atm. There are plenty of other champs that are getting no love in the community.
Just because a champion is getting old doesnt mean they need a rework. Ryze is super strong late game and weak early game and I think thats fine
