They will probably give him a VU since he needs one pretty badly but I think that they are working on the Sion re-release atm although i hope mordekaiser's pizza feet get cured eventually. Along with Taric. and Veigar...
His feet aren't that much bigger - just heavily armored to prevent you from taking his legs out from under him.
But Riot has said they are going to rework him (NOOOOOO) and he will probably get a VU then.
