New Evelynn Skin?
There are not many skins for Evelynn and the look sort of similar so maybe there should be a new skin. I was thinking an Evelynn with armour might look cool or maybe season themed skin.

I believe she is getting a VU before anything else.
My understanding of her VU is that the team in charge of the VU/Relaunch/Whatever-the-bloody-hell-it-is wants to explore some themes with her design and her lore, because admittedly, her current lore is lacking (Mysetious woman, good assassin, maybe could be possibley from the Shadow Isles), and they feel like there may be something interesting they can do with her character.
EDIT: And it should serve to mention that last I heard, they hadn't fully decided on anything to do for her with said VU. Not sure if they've come to a decision or not yet.
No new Evelynn skins until she get's a VU. Riot has been pretty clear on this. They've also been pretty clear on her VU being on the back burner because they've got no clue what to do with her right now. Also I think they've got some more high priority VUs they are working on right now.
