i saw some websites which offer many skins mods for champions (unofficial modifications to the game client so they can see champions, skins, the map differently) on this website i post you can see a Pokemon mod for the map, a snoop dog skin for Nasus AND they are actually people paying for it and for visual stuff.

My suggestion here is why riot u don't go have a look on this websites easily i guess found in Google to inspire u from the "most wanted and popular skins, map mods" in order to make people happy by getting what they want and in exchange u can sell them and make more money. we are happy, you make money and the game experience is better cuz its official so its less probable to have a bug.

open this links at your own risk, im not responsable for what may happen by opening it im not promoting anything, i dont use any mod, im posting links to give a visual idea and im not encouraging anyone to modify anyting****************************: the pokemon-summoner rift mod and the nasus snoop dog skin (doesnt mean i like them but they are many other skins i saw long time ago which were nice, just to give u guys an idea of what i think)

:) thanks for reading! hope it would help riot and everyone be more happy.

the best thing is that you dont need to pay people to create them from nothing riot, you can just use them how they are (the ideas alredy made and the files alredy created) and do some fixes. wish you all a gr8 day.

Because Riot is a company while individuals that make custom skins aren't. Generating a skin or map UI mod that copies a person's likeness or replicates another game would require royalty payments to the person whose likeness is used or to the holder of the copyright of the game material. If Riot made a custom UI and Map skin that copied material from Pokemon without paying those royalties they would be infringing on copyright law and could easily be sued for a lot of money. The reason this doesn't happen to individuals is because they don't make a significant profit off of the material and/or they do not have the net worth to make the company that holds the copyright suing them worth the legal fees and time wasted.

It's not as simple as saying, look at the people that downloaded this custom skin, why don't you make it and then sell it.
