Karthus VU- skin differences

I'm really excited for the Karthus VU. I don't play him much, but I have set my mind to it recently, and will probably start soon. However, just a few questions about the a few of his skins in the VU. Will his Phantom Karthus and Pentakill Karthus look like this, or are these exclusively for other countries? Plus for the Pentakill Karthus, I think a cool idea for his wall would be to have two giant speakers with soundwaves making up the walls.
