I believe there was a big(ish) post saying they wold probably update all spells vfx to match that clearer style.

Excellent point. I never really noticed this, at least not consciously, but now that you point it out it is a glaring flaw. Although I've always used the actual arrow on Varus's bow as my aimer.
except varus' skill shot is very easy to land because it moves so fast
I have been maining supp in ranked for months now and I have fallen out of grace with my other roles because of it.....hard. Varus is one I need to get better as, again, and I think this would help immensly. I have been missing his Q left and right so much it's sad.
