Dragonblade should come back for chinese newyear or whatever it is called.

I kind of want Judgement Kayle, but I know she's not coming back to the store.

I don't believe it was promised to have one every-year. They just do it when they feel like it! Plus, making these skins available make them less rare, sorta like inflation. I still want my Time Machine Zilean :)
