Is the new Champion hinted in the Soccer Splash

Okay look between Lucians foot and Alistars hand on the grass looks like something with eyes.... Maybe a yordle. I could be wrong after all Riot has been know to put squids in pictures.. But its around that time again when champion hints and leaks start coming around. Anyone have any ideas on what is to come?
