Fiora rework?

So I was just wondering what happened to the rework we heard from Guinsoo back in April. It got cancelled or its still too early for it to hit the PBE? The idea he shared with us was pretty interesting,although I really love her ultimate the way it is now. Another thing,will she get a new skin before the rework? (Since her last one was released 2 years ago for Harrowing 2012). A new skin for that changes her spell animations,emotes,etc.,would be really cool. Riot please! __

Isn't she get tweaked to fit her theme more? (deulist)

It's likely just too early. As they've said in the past, complete kit reworks can take 8 months to a year to go through, especially if things end up needing to be changed midway through (and things ALWAYS need to be changed midway through when ideas that are good on paper don't work out in practice). Signs currently seem to point to Sion being the next major overhaul, so we likely won't see Fiora until after him at the earliest.
