Equipped with a pool skimmer pole (pics below), floaties on his arms, scuba goggles in place of his headgear, and of course a speedo.

Recall animation would be using pool skimmer to fish out a poro out of the kiddie pool.

He's gotta have floaties on his arms as well. I can't think of a good joke, though, because stabbing his toe with a pool noodle would be weird.

If any of you are familiar with at least some part of cleaning pools, I'd say a pool skimmer pole is a much better weapon.
