Skin Splash Update: Vandal Vladimir

Since so many of the skin splashes have been updated with their better counterparts from other servers, I really recommend continuing to make the updates with other splashes like Vandal Vladimir. The art looks so outdated on so many splashes, but the Chinese artwork really is gorgeous. Plus, Vandal Vlad looks so rad in its Asian counterpart.

Agree. Also, I would like if they could update his height just like they did it to Sona.
