A Community-based Skin Creation System

I just typed out a HUGE post on the big "Please return to the idea of Charity-based skins" discussion. It gave me a general idea for a skin creation system. If they follow through with my idea, they could have this dedicated skin pieces system and have a section where you could buy simple colors to adorn the pieces you've bought. These designs, pictures, or colors would be varying amounts of money based on popularity and such, and could be used for entire sets of a skin (the clothing, the facial additions like sunglasses, and weapons), or just one pieces such as the weapon alone, Or just the shoes/boots/greaves they are wearing.

I have taken a giant chunk of my original discussion post and pasted it here so you could all get an idea of what my aforementioned system is.

"The system would be based around you guys (or maybe having a player base vote) deciding on parts of the different champions that could be swapped out in some simple way without disrupting too much code (I'm not a programmer, I don't know if that is even possible without disrupting the entire gaming community with bugs from too many code changes).

What I mean by this is you could have the skins that are out now stay as they are and consider them a kind of "full package". It comes with all of the pieces that make that skin the way it is (including different particle effects). This new skin system would have different parts of the skins be interchangeable onto another skin. Like Normal skin Vayne sporting the crossbow from her Heartseeker Vayne skin. Or Varus wearing his Artic Ops mask with the rest of his body being the Blight Crystal Varus skin along with a Normal skin bow with Arctic Ops particle effects like the cool blue circle effect that Arctic Ops Varus has.

Along with this new system, since you could make it a dedicated code thing that would have the parts easily interchangeable without destroying load times or causing mass bugs (once again, I have no idea if that is feasibly possible), you could pump out new skins with the separate pieces being worth various amounts of IP. I actually mean VARIOUS amounts, not just like a few set amounts that everything else follows, similar to the champion system having only 450, 1350, 3150, 4800, and 6300 with only 6300 champions now coming out. Or the Quintessences having just costs of 515, 1025, and 2050.

Different values would be placed onto different objects based on, I don't know, maybe some sort of player base vote system, or by importance (once again probably based on a player base vote). Along with this, you could have a section of charity skins. They would be either a full package, or a piece of a skin like a clothing piece or particle effect. These skins and pieces in this section would be entirely based on what is chosen to be reasonable to the charity."

Then this piece is from the small reply post I put after it as an afterthought.

"Oh and it could let you "save" a skin by having a single (or multiple) slots off to the side of the rest of the skins in champion skin select that would be dedicated and nameable, just like Rune Pages, Mastery Pages, and Item Sets."
