I want party time Zilean but sion needs it.
Sion Tarric then Evelynn, She doesn't have a point and click stun,
sione needs the rework it will bring him back in the game like it did to krathus

Sion for sure, there are no Shreks allowed in league of legends
Imo, Zilean could use a bit of a rework. He's fairly mediocre in the current metagame, and it seems like their could be so much cool stuff you could do with his theme. For instance, you could keep his Q, but his W could be a healing sort of move, returning an allied champion the hp they had 5-15 seconds ago. It just seems like a lot of creative potential wasted to me. Taric Sion and Eve still need theirs more though.
I personally would love an rework given her ex-boyfriend 
has got visual updates so many times. It's just not fair!
