I believe that's a definite maybe. Festival Kassadin was sold during February of 2014 as apart of the Return of the Limited Skins. However, RiotUdyr stated that "Going forward these 34 skins will be considered Legacy skins, and may on rare occasion also come back for future events without additional compensation." That being said, Festival Kassadin and his other 32 Legacy Skin brothers may return. As for when, we can only hope and guess.

No problem. Just happy to help. I managed to grab Festival Kassadin when he went on sale, so I get why you'd also like it. It may not be the fanciest skin, but it's Holiday themed. And that's badass.
