Champ select freeze

This week, during champ select in ranked and in ARAM, both teams got stuck right when loading screen should have commenced. We tried to leave and reconnect but we couldn't(we could still write in chat and talk to eachother). We kept relogging and clicking the reconnect button but nothing happened. After a while(~10 minutes) the game would be disbanned and we all got ourselves -3 LP for the ranked game.
