[Gameplay] Azir can jump over Dominion walls before 1:30

can jump over the Dominion walls before 1:30 by placing his soldiers, sending them over the wall, and then jumping to them. This can be used to capture turrets before the allowed time, giving an unfair advantage. This only occurs on Dominion to my knowledge.
