Cant Ban Champions

I've recently (well just now) a game of ranked league. It was my turn to ban a champion and I tried to ban a champion (garen ) and I could not click him. I tried switching to a different champion so I wouldn't get banned but same problem again. I could not select a champion to ban. So I got a abandon and now facing a 5 minute timer before I can play another game. Rito plz
