[Gameplay] Jayce Ult Causes Lag

Casting Jayce's Ult into Hammer form will cause screen to freeze for about half a second.

This bug occurs whenever Jayce goes into hammer form regardless of whether you're using him or not (i.e. somebody on your team or the enemy team has Jayce and changes into Hammer form).

Cast Jayce Ultimate (R) Thundering Blow.

This happens ALL THE TIME. I end up having to waste a ban on him or hope any of the other 9 people playing don't pick him so I can play a game without frequent lag spikes.
