Sion's w passive does not work

It started as a regular matchup. Playing Sion vs Gp in toplane when irealsise i'm not gaining any bonus healt. my w passive simply did not work with neither minions or champions. I have no idea as to how this should've happened but it did nonetheless.

same here. i had a cs of 237 with 28 of them being neutral monsters. didnt get the bonus health. I had spirit visage, warmongs and rands omen but still couldnt be the tank i wanted to be. PLEASE RIOT LOOK IN TO THIS AND FIX IT.
