Couldn't select ban, got queue delay.

Was in a game, clicking like mad to ban a champ, ban button was disabled. That got me kicked out of a game and had to suffer the queue timer.

If you're guna create penalizations, you better be dang sure it was the users fault and not yours, League creator peeps.
