Leauge Of Legends Not Connecting me To Match after Champion Select screen.

So basically i was trying to join a match with my girlfriend, But as soon as the champion select screen moved on to joining the match, My game crashed, more then once, meaning i had to spend ten minutes to completely exit the game and try to reconnect, only to get caught by leave buster and have to wait 20 damn minutes to join a match. Can this please be fixed so no one else has to be unnecessarily punished?
