Accountname Change form still not updated, still names get instantly locked in
Since you are still rollling out emails promting the name change, I'd rule this critical. Easy to fix hard and annoying to live with for player and also on riots support staff.
Your Form that let's people change their accountnames after beeing promted is still showing the same problematic behaviour. After entering an Idea of a new Accountname two things can happen when pressing enter.
- Accountname already taken! gives you the option to find new name.
- Accountname free -> instantly locks that name. Maybe i did not want "n0obstar" and only tried it out after having 10 names denied that i actually wanted.
It has been 6 Emails telling you, that this is problematic. Yes, Your support people help out if you hate your newly changed name, but really? is that the correct path to proceed? If you really have to unconvenience us with that Accountname Change, make it as least as pleasant as possible.
Stop this madness and invest the 1 hour of your programmer instead of wasting your player's and player support's time.
