[CLIENT] Persistent Error Loading Clubs

Before this week, I hadn't played since almost 2015, so I haven't joined any clubs. I'm also unable to join any clubs or create them, because every day that I log in, no matter how many times I log in, I get the error message linked to in the topic.

Doing some Googling turned up a few other topics with players having the same problem. But those were almost exclusively from the PBE forums, and most of them only had replies of "Yup, me too" and no fix was given. The one post I found explaining what might have happened said that some clubs themselves were bugged out server-side, and all members of those clubs got the error message. But since I just started playing agian, that can't be the case for me.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log In
2. Click on the 'Clubs' tab
3. Frown aggressively at your monitor
