Problem with Loot

I have tried today rerolling 3 skin shards and I got an error message about some time-out and they just vanished without giving me anything :(

Submit a ticket to the help and support page. They'll refund the skin shards.

Dear Riot: So i openned about 15 chests and best that i got was 750 skin for twitch, i got 5 skins and 10 stupid champions worth 1350 or 450 IP.... All my friends are getting legendary skins or 975/1350 skins that are good and nice, is it bug about my account that i cant get skin worth more than 750 rp (+ i got only one 750rp skin and all others are 400rp) ... item 2049 item 3070
