[GAMEPLAY] Jarvan IV Post-Buff Cataclysm bug

I am not quite sure if this is a bug, or a intentional change to J4, but i still want to point it out. After the rework, when his R became a AoE damage spell, there were 4-5 cases that I encountered people flashing (or dashing) out of my ult, while I'm still flying, which is pretty normal. What I think is not normal, is that those people actually flash out of the damage too, which wasn't the case before the R "buff". Since it is a point-and-click spell, i think it should at least do damage to the target like before, even tho they are out of the ult at that point. You could try this, by flashing out right before he lands with his ult on you, and the damage won't proc. Thanks for understanding.
