[GAMEPLAY] Thresh + Tahm = Ability block (Did i use the wrong bait for that fish?)

Champion setup:

Bug Setup:

1. I landed a "Death Sentence" on .
2. The enemies ate
3. I reactivated "Death Sentence" and got drawn to
4. I wanted to activate "Flay" but couldnt. Only after got spat out again I could use my "Flay" ability again. Everything else I had was on CD so I dont know if it only affects "Flay" or also other abilities/summoners.
