Disenchanting skin failed

Hey, today I tried to disenchant the skin i got from the worlds orb reward. It failed and I got a message informing me that the hextech machine "sputtered and spit it back out", but now I don't have the orange essence AND the skin is missing. :([slayer-jinx-unamused]

I've had that happen, though usually when it does it won't disenchant it :/ Hmm, have you tried restarting the client?

hey this just happened to me whats the deal? pretty sure it's happened before but i never got a chance to read it as i usually got bugsplat right after :/
