I keep getting disconnected from games and my internet is just fine.

I've searched through many posts similar to this and haven't been able to find an answer so in a last ditch effort i'm going to explain my problem and hope someone has a fix.

My game runs completely fine, 60Fps, 65Ms stable. never have any lag spikes or other issues. But randomly, typically only once per game, my game will freeze and it will say "attempting to reconnect." this will last about 10 seconds, then it will reconnect me right as i'm about to enter fountain and then disconnect me again for another 20 or so seconds. Every single time it follows this pattern exactly. If i'm really unlucky after i reconnect the second time my entire screen will freeze and i will get a pop up telling me I've disconnected from the servers and i will have to load back into the game. While trying to reconnect to the game it will freeze at 80% and give me the exact same pop up, preventing me from ever being able to reconnect. It always freezes at 80%

I'm desperate to find a solution, i'm now in 10 minute priority Que for games my team won because i Dc'd within the last five mintues and wasn't able to rejoin in time. Please help me and thank you!!

Edit: I am completely unable to play league at this point. this has only been happening since the last update but i now have 20 minute priority queue and cannot even risk playing in fear of a ban out of my control. This is honestly very very annoying. Please help.
