His r, Instead of 0.5 per strike on red side, it's 0.25 per strike, Me and my friend tested it out, Blue kennen R tends to go 0.5 per strike, red kennen tends to be 0.25, But blue kennen can sometimes break the limit of only hitting 3 times, and hit 6 times on a target, while red kennen is just simply faster.

I tried this out too. It is hilariously broken. I did not see blue Kennen hitting 6 times though.

Who cares if this is actually happening or not. NO one actually uses Kennen, the supports on the team will end up doing more dmg than him...

If anything he needs this bug if it's actually real.

They changed it so there would be 0.25 per strike in the last patch, but if you mean that it could hit one target every quarter of a second instead of every half of a second, then it is definitely a bug. However, I have never seen a kennen hit the same target 6 times with his ult alone.

Was this not in the last patch? I believe this was one of his QoL buffs. Kennen is by no means broken.

What do you mean?

YO TELL WHO PROPOSED TESTING IT NIGGA. AND THEN ACTUALLY TESTED IT But yes, Kennen's ultimate on red side strikes every .1 times on the same target. It seems to stop working with 4-5 champions, but from 1-3 champions it works. On Blue side, it only works with 2-3 champions, or if the Rift Scuttler is nearby to help proc it. Red side Kennen can break the limit as well. We still don't know a lot about this glitch, so any testing can help.
