Cant connect to the game from the loadingscreen

When i try 2 play it all works till the loadingscreen starts then I allways load to 40% then 60% 80% but it takes about 4till5 minits to do that and even when im at 100% i cant join the game ... i reinstalled the whole game and tryd the repairtools but nothing works, now i got a leverbuster for about 10 min 10times and i cant play a single game, it only happens in league other games work without problems and i have a good connection, any Ideas what i can do and how i can get rid of my leaverbuster ???
