Morgana ulti cooldown bug

I just played an aram where everytime I tried to ping my ulti cooldown, as morgana, it would say it was "ready" when it wasn't. It basically just was perma ready when pinged. Very annoying. If I'm reporting this bug wrongly pls let me know I've never had to report one before.

Edit down here because I can't edit the main post on my phone: I just recently played another aram as morgana and the same thing happened.
