[Gameplay] Presence of mind doesn't refund ult cd while dead

Presence of mind doesn't refund ult cd if you get kills/assists while dead. I tried it several times with Karthus in aram and whenever I was getting kills/assists while dead, it didn't refund ult cd. It only works when alive.

How to reproduce : Pick any champion with a cooldown based ult Pick presence of mind in your runes Die and get an assist/kill while dead ( by damaging an enemy before dying or using a dot spell etc.. ) You won't be refunded some of your ult's cd

I'm getting this bug every single game, and it's quite frustrating since it's a must have rune on some champs like Karth atm.
