How to Recover PBE account?

Firstly, I didn't post this on the PBE because I don't have access to my account... keep reading. I was playing yesterday pretty much all day, with the new client that allowed me to just open the program and it log you in automatically. However, after restarting the computer, I can't log in. 'Forgot password?' and 'Forgot username?' buttons do not help... is there any other way to recover an account other that this? Have anyone had this problem as well?
