{GAMEPLAY} Syndra's E

When i put my "Q" on the ground and then use "E" my "Q" should went through the enemy instead of that it BOUNCE away from him! sometimes it stuns the enemy sometimes not. It's a prolem because it bounces so far away that I can't catch it with my "W" and that's a big problem in TF. The bug showed up after the newest patch(sorry for my mistakes, english is not my native language).
