Rek'Sai Tunnel bug

The OP has two accounts of the tunnel bug occurring while he is in the middle of a game. Its not all to common but it seems to happen at the most unfortunate times and may cost a fight/gank since you have to wait so long for another tunnel, going around, or just simple re-entry. From watching the several times this has been bought up, there is one trend among all of them. When this occurs, the initial range of the e is just barely past the wall. I don't know if this is the root cause of why the bug happens, but I thought that may be a good start.

(also due to recent fixes i've had to learn new champs with all of the Rek banning going on. Its crazy. I haven't seen Rek this popular since release)
