Error with new patch?

Is anyone else getting in error in champ select, involving changing summoner spells? 3 games in a row, I go to change a spell, and my screen dims and greys out. I can't do anything to close it out, and i'm forced to sit there unable to change my masteries or spells, or chat. Is it just me?
