[GAMEPLAY] Thresh W expiring heals Trundle

Steps to reproduce:

1. Be Trundle
2. Thresh throws lantern (Enemy Thresh works 100%, did not test ally Thresh)
3. Lantern expires on the ground (did not test to see if taking lantern produces the same result)
4. Trundle heals even though he shouldn't.

In this link, he also posts a video, and it's the same; enemy Thresh W expires, Trundle heals.

Might be ARAM only, don't know.
