Attempting to reconnect.

Few games ago my game suddenly started lagging and gave me this information, I logged out, logged in and it was fixed. But now it happens more and more but now I don't even get the "attempting to reconnect" anymore, my game just freezes in very weird way. Basically minions don't move, their health goes down but they don't die, I can see mine and enemy healthbar go down but cannot see the skills or hear any sounds, i can use mine but I cannot see them either. I can move, I can recall (even though I cannot see the animation, i just reappear to the base), I can see my teammates move, myself and the enemy, then it all kinda just fast forwards and everything moves again. At first this happened few times for few seconds, but every game it got worse and worse. During last game it started small but by the end of the game the lags lasted for minutes, I would shut down the client and restant, which would fix the issue but the lag started right after that and lasted forever again. My teammate had the same but she saw her character disappear and even after respawning (because she died due to it) she could not see her character.

Ps. when there lags happen, my ping tends to go as high as 5000-7000ms.
