[CRASH] I have a 2010 Macbook running on 10.8.5

For the last few weeks, maybe 6 my computer has been crashing around 10-15 minutes through each game, a bugs plat thing opens and then it lets me join again but unfortunately i've got suspend for a day because it keeps lagging out and takes another 5 minutes to join, sometimes it just doesn't move and i have to reset my computer, if anyone could help that would be great :), i don't want to play again because i'm afraid of getting suspended for longer
