In a ranked game, I played Jinx and was duo queuing with a Blitzcrank against an Ezreal/Lux bottom lane. The glitch occurred when I tried to ult Lux and the rocket went straight through her and kept going.
I have no idea how to replicate the glitch, as it only happened once. Luckily, I happened to be recording when it happened:

It may or may not have been a weird one-time thing, but any insight would be usefull.
Nope, I experienced the same thing. Even the enemy team said I should of got the kill... so Vi ended up giving me a free kill... xD
I should note that we saw the missile go through her, she was not invis like lux was.

I've seen it point blank without any brush or lack of vision. It went straight through.
This is very odd. I am bumping for riot to view this post, it went straight through meaning it did not come into contact with anything. very strange
I just had this happen to me. I'm playing a Coop VS AI game and when I ulted the Swain bot, the distance is only from my mid tower to his mid tower with full vision of him because we were fighting, the projectile flew directly through him and continued across the map.
