[GAMEPLAY] Athene's Unholy Grail's Passive "Dissonance" doesn't work on Manaless champions.

On the item "Athene's Unholy Grail" it has a unique passive called "Dissonance". This passive states; "Grants 5 ability power per 25% base Mana Regen you have. disables Harmony on your other items". If on Lee Sin for example I build items that grants me 25% base mana regen, even though I have 0 mana and 0% mana regeneration, the item i bought would still give me 25% bonus base mana regen even though that is still 0 mana regen. I'm not sure if it is intended or is a bug, but I personally think that if you build Athene's on a manaless champion you should get the bonus ap from the Dissonance passive.

I know I will be among a very very few people to notice this bug or be impacted by it, however it would be nice if it could be fixed (if its a bug) or if it can be confirmed it is intended.

TLDR; If you buy Athene's on a manaless champion, the "Dissonance" passsive doesn't work. I'm not sure if this is a bug or intended.
