Cant Log In "Did Not Receive A Response From The Server"

ever since the last patch - thursday - i have not been able to log on and no matter how many times i try the same "Did Not Receive A Response From The Server" error message comes up. Ive tried everything i can to fix it and nothing so far has worked. please riot im begging for your help

Try typing "thereisnourflevel" in the launcher. If your launcher is having issues with server connection, this usually bypasses it.

Ok so i had this issue just recently. I looked it up and what you gotta do is go to internet explorer, then click that little gear on the top right, go to internet options>Advanced settings, then restore advanced settings and apply.
