[GAMEPLAY] Thresh's W (lantern) causing serious frame-rate loss

I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this but right now all of thresh's skin cause the frames to become choppy once I throw out my lantern. It causes apparently a 10 frame drop but the change is very choppy and seems more than that. The change lasts until the lantern times out or someone grabs it. I saved a log but not sure how to submit it.

1. pick thresh with any skin
2. level W
3. use W and move around It happens every time now whereas before it was only with thresh's new blood moon skin.
