Unable to connect to game server

Played 1 game afther the new patch and i can`t connect to the game server if i do connect when i try to play i pick champs and all and when it comes to loading me into the game itself - black screen and the "unable to connect error" other times it says im offline from the start of the luncher ... i tried reinstalling, tried to delete some stuff, tried that repair thing in the settings its all the same nothing works.
