PVP.net...

Anyone else having problems with PVP.net connection? I get disconnected from it every couple minutes... And when im in a que, I get in trouble for not accepting the match multiple times. But its not my fault i cant accept. I hope riot fixes this because its been happening for months now and its really annoying.
