Cursor dissapears when playing Rek'sai

i have been playing a decent amount of rek'sai jungle lately and have really been liking it. however whenever i play him my mouse cursor will always dissapear somewhere during the game. it becomes invisible and i will have to play based on where im clicking which can make it very hard. it happens almost every game and only when i am playing rek'sai. is anyone else encountering the same problem or is it something related to my laptop/mouse?
