Charged twice for skin purchase

A couple minutes ago I purchased a rito point card from wallmart and redeemed it. I had 7250 RP and i bought Battlecast Skarner for 1820 RP. After the purchase i only have 3610 RP instead of the 5430 RP i should have. I have a screenshot of my purchase history included to show that i didn't buy anything else besides the skarner skin with the RP.

It's a known bug. Log out, log back in again, and you should have only been charged once.
