Kalista's Black Spear purchase in-game doesn't work

Upon binding with an ally in fountain, I tried re-binding with who I later learned was my ACTUAL support in lane. This was in SR more recently. I tried re-binding with my laner multiple times, and the black spear item went on CD, but no animation.

Few days ago I got Kalista in an ARAM, and tried re-binding also. Didn't work then either, just didn't care to report the bug until I spent 35 saddening minutes on the rift with a non-bonded "support" nidalee. FeelsBadMan

Hiya!

While you are able to re-bind to another player, you only have until the 3 minute mark to do so.

You have to do the rebind within the first 3 minutes of the game.
