Rammus appearing out of nowhere bug

Rammus appears on the minimap as last seen on fog of war but then appears in the middle of the lane whereas he should've been seen at the edge of fog of war normally. Here's example one where he appears right next to me as I was retreating due to seeing him come down on the minimap:

Here's an even worse example where he appears in the MIDDLE OF THE LANE and kills me and we lose the game because of the bug :

Also has hapenned before but I haven't reported it since I thought it was only on that specific match, but when it happens more than once in several matches I assume it's an unfixed bug.

Edit 1: Forgot to add how to reproduce. I'm not really sure but I think it has to do with: 1- Seeing Rammus either before he uses his Q (Powerball) 2- Have Rammus go into fog of war and use his Q. 3- ???

Kek, on rammus bugs, in bots when rammus Q's he stops moving, like he stands still in a powerball xd

had this exact thing, was looking at map at rammus getting blue and then all of a sudden he was ontop of me and the person next to me.

That happened to me. Luckily we were winning pretty hard but rammus literally stunned me from out of nowhere. Popped out of thin air. They need to disable him.

Riot really need to fix this bullshit as soon a possible ! It's infuriating to deal with that in ranked game.

Woah, that is some seriously spooky shit. It all makes sense now! I think I've encountered this bug before too! The time I felt it I was pushed up in the bot lane like you were in your first example, I saw him coming down river in the minimap so started backing up but then he suddenly appears in my lane faster than expected.

THe issue is Riot's coding for when fog of war updates whether or not you're visible. Anyone who has stupidly high move speed would just blip into existence once they came out of the og of war if they hit the 'gat' between visible and not at a high enough speed. THe game can't afford to refresh fog of war status every .01 seconds otherwise it'd run like crap on toasters.

Oh, this bug again? The minimap/Fog of War code seem to be bugged a bit since years. In 2014, it was common for especially Amumu for doing the same. I still remember one scene with my cousin in Skype (which I recorded for the lulz, we were pretty tempered and laughed our asses off later with the MP3 full of shouts and yells and screams because a skill didn't go off etc) where my cousin was doing a funny, very feminine and surprised scream because he saw Amumu coming from the back (upper red) towards us and we were low health at mid while he was 0.25 seconds later popping up at toplane bandaging himself into our toplaner.

Also, the "Why did we see him or her" in the middle of the fog of war was really a thing from 2010 to like 2015. Random Quinns appearing in our jungle without any vision. Paranormal activity...X-Files Theme

Jesus christ i was in a ranked game yesterday and this fuckin rammas ganked me 7 times in a row. Each time i had wards and each time i didnt see him till he was on me. I thought i was going crazy that he kept managing to sneak up on me...
