Might not be a bug, But why can't i play ranked 3v3 when i have a team and they are all online. There is no option to make a lobby to invite team mates.

Twisted Treeline ranked is only available at certain times of the day. On weekdays, it is available from 4 pm to midnight PDT, and on weekends, it is available from 2 pm to midnight PDT.
